Hello y'all and welcome to my site. I just try to keep this damn site up to date. Don't forget to visit the Guestbook and just tell me what you think of the site, my FAQ's and videos. What would you like to see in my FAQ's (video footage, image help, different layout, etc), post them there.

Make note however, that I work as the Head Chef in a restaurant, so I have most of my day busy, but as soon as I get home at night, I check my mail and start answering questions, so don't be shy and send them.
